Cold soup from Uzbekistan.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 3 dcl kefir diluted with water (3:1) 100 g cooked beef 60 ggreen pickles 30 g green onions 20 g dense cream 5 g dill 1/2 pcs dill 1/2 pcs

Procedure:

1. Chop the cooked meat, cucumber, onion, egg and dill finely
2. Stir all the ingredients into the diluted kefir
3.

Recommendation:

Ice chunks can be added to the soup before serving.
