Artichokes with ham
Artichokes filled with a mixture of eggs, mayonnaise and ham cut into small cubes.

Procedure:
1. Clean the artichokes, brush the cutting surfaces with lemon juice, place in boiling salted water and cook until tender (30-40 minutes)
2. Then take them out, remove the middle chips and flower stamens after cooling, fill the cavity with a mixture of finely chopped ham, egg and mayonnaise 3. Cool.
