Armenian-style baked flatfish

In a baking dish, cooked roach in layers along with onions, tomatoes, peppers and spices
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grease a baking dish with butter and lay a layer of Vegetable Recipes, i.e. chopped onions, tomatoes, peppers and some of the spices
2. Place the cleaned roach halves on top of the first layer and cover with another layer of Vegetable Recipes and spices
3. Pour wine over the dish, season with salt, cover with a lid and bake in an oven preheated to 170-180 °C for 30-40 minutes.
