Armenian Chicken II

Roasted portions of chicken, sauteed in an onion base along with tomatoes and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 piece of chicken 250 g of tomatoes 100 g of butter 50 g of tomato puree 50 g onion 2 dl of stock 1 dl red wine vinegar pepper citron salt green parsley

Procedure:

1. Clean, wash, cut up and fry the hen in butter
2. Add tomato paste, pepper, wine, broth and a little vinegar, return the browned portions of the hen to the mixture, simmer until tender
4. On the plates, pour the tomato juice over the chicken portions, garnish with a slice of lemon and sprinkle with green parsley.

Recommendation:

Serve steamed rice as a side dish for this dish.
