Apricot soup
ingredients
300 g apricots 500 ml water 250 ml cream 1 tbsp semi-coarse flour 50 g caster sugar to taste lemon juice

Cook the pitted apricots in water until almost tender. Pour in the cream mixed with flour, add sugar to taste and boil.

Let the soup cool a little and then blend it. Season with lemon juice and cool thoroughly.
