600 g potatoes 200 g semolina flour 500 g apricots 60 g cocoa 60 g sugar 1/2 pk egg to taste salt, water

1. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes in the skin. Add salt, flour, egg and make a dough. 2. Roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut into equal squares, in which to wrap the pitted apricots. Form into balls and cook. Sprinkle with cocoa and sugar. Cook the dumplings for about 4-5 minutes.
