A classic sweet lunch or dinner that we all adore.
1.
Slice your rolls, not too small, but not too big either. Just the right size.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add lukewarm milk and melted butter.

Pour all this over the rolls and mix well. Then add the cottage cheese and mix again. Finally, stir in the sliced apricots.

Place in a baking dish that you have greased and dusted with semolina or flour. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

Beat the egg whites with two tablespoons of granulated sugar until stiff. When the mixture is baked, put the snow on top, smooth it and put it in the oven for ten minutes more. The snow will brown and be wonderful.

Let the baked bun stand and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
