Applesauce

ingredients

2 packets puff pastry 1 liter milk 3 pcs Golden cob 4 tbsp sugar 1 pcs vanilla sugar 1 kg apples

First roll out the puff pastry, put it on a baking tray on which you have put baking paper.

Clean the apples, coarsely grate and season with vanilla sugar. Squeeze the juice from the apples and place on the rolled out puff pastry.

Cook the custard from the golden cobs, milk and sugar and before it starts to boil, turn it off and pour it over the apples while still hot.

4.

Spread evenly and cover with the second rolled puff pastry.

5.

Bake, let cool well after baking before slicing.
