Apple strudel with custard

1 packet chilled puff pastry (275 g) 1 packet Golden cob 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 packet cinnamon sugar 200 ml whole milk 2 pcs apples 1 pcs egg 1 tbsp granulated sugar 2 handfuls walnuts (chopped) powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cook a thick pudding with golden cob and vanilla sugar use only 200ml milk sugar to taste I added 1Pl granulated sugar it will make a very thick porridge which we set aside.

Prepare a sheet of puff pastry in the centre spread thick custard and place apple slices sprinkle cinnamon sugar over them add chopped nuts.

Cut the edges of the pastry into 1.5cm wide strips and fold over each other to make a braid.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with chopped nuts and place in preheated oven.
5.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the baked strudel with icing sugar.
