Steps for preparing the recipe
1 Quantity of dough for a round mould with a diameter of 22-25 cm or a baking tin of approx. size 35×22 cm The smaller the tin, the higher the sponge will be. You can add cinnamon or lemon zest to the dough to taste. 2 Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy, add the oil, water, apples, flour, baking powder and mix well. Finally, lightly fold in the stiff egg white mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared tin, spread evenly and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown, check with a skewer.
