8 pcs large red apples 600 ml milk 1 crucible white yoghurt 1 tbsp nut butter natur (walnut, almond, cashew…) honey to taste (optional) cinnamon ground to taste

A refreshing apple smoothie drink for the whole family.
1.
Wash the apples, clean them, remove the cores and cut them into smaller pieces.
2.
Place the fruit in a blender, add the milk, yogurt, nut butter and cinnamon. If you want, you can sweeten the drink with e.g. honey. Blend everything until smooth.
3.
Fill into glasses and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
