Apple slices with whipped cream

4 pk eggs 220 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk baking powder 120 g powdered sugar 1 dl oil
Apple filling
1 kg cleaned and peeled apples Sugar according to taste and acidity of apples 1 packet vanilla sugar’ 2 packets Golden cob
Pudding filling
1 litre milk 3 pcs vanilla pudding 1 pcs vanilla sugar’ 3 tbsp sugar 200 g Hera (butter) 3 slices gelatine 3 pcs biscuits Marinated biscuits 1/2 litre whipping cream (36%) grated chocolate for decoration

A delightful and delicious, apple dessert suitable for special occasions.

Whisk the egg whites,add the icing sugar and whisk to make the snow stiff.While whisking, add the egg yolks and slowly whisk in the oil.Add the flour and baking powder to the whisked egg whites and whisk lightly.Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake.

Clean the apples,cut them into small cubes,seed them,with sugar to taste and let them stand.They will let a little juice and then boil them.Let the apples cool a little and add the golden cob and cook the apple pudding.Pour it on the cooled sponge cake,spread it and put the kexi on top of the apples.

Cook pudding from milk,add butter to hot milk and stir,until butter is absorbed into pudding.Pour over kexiks,spread evenly and allow fillings to set.

Prepare the gelatin.Pour 2 tbsp of water over the plaki,let it stand for about 10 mins to soften the gelatin and then heat it until it dissolves.Whip the whipped cream and add about 2 tbsp to the gelatin,stir and slowly whisk in the whipped cream.Pour the whipped cream over the pudding and let it set.

Cut the cake and decorate with chocolate.
