Quick recipe for delicious apple puff pastry rolls.
1.
Peel and grate the apples, season with cinnamon and vanilla and drizzle with lemon juice. Squeeze a little before using.
2.
Place the puff pastry on the original baking paper, cut into squares and separate them from each other. Using a knife, make parallel cuts on one half of each square, about 1 cm from the edges.
3.
Place a bunch of apples on the uncut half of the square.
4.
Roll up and carefully transfer the paper and rolls to the baking sheet. Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
5.
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 210-220°C, bake for about 7-8 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake until golden brown.
6.
Let the rolls cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
