Apple-poppy seed slices

ingredients
4 pcs eggs 120 g powdered sugar 100 g butter 150 semi-coarse flour 1 pk baking powder 4 tbsp milk

200 g ground poppy 100 g powdered sugar 250 ml milk
Apple filling
1 kg apples 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tbsp starch
Chocolate topping
80 g butter 150 g cooking chocolate 2 tbsp milk

First prepare the apple filling. Grate the apples and stew them with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside, we will continue later.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until foamy. Add milk, flour mixed with baking powder and beaten egg whites. Pour onto a greased and floured baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C. C for about 15 minutes.

While baking, mix the ground poppy seeds, sugar and hot milk. Spread the poppy seed filling on the baked warm body.

Heat the stewed apples, stir in 2 tbsp of starch dissolved in a little water, boil. Spread warm over the poppy seed filling and leave everything to cool.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stir the butter and milk into the warm chocolate. Spread over the cake.
