Apple pie with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for apple pie with Thermomix, a delicious and very fruity pie flavored with cinnamon, easy and simple to make for a gourmet dessert.

Ingredients:
For the shortcrust pastry:

300 g flour 150 g soft butter 60 g powdered sugar 50 ml water 1 pinch salt

For the filling:

3 apples juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon polenta 60 g brown sugar 1 pinch cinnamon 1 pinch salt

Preparation:

Peel and core the apples then cut them into small cubes.
Put them in a bowl and add the lemon juice, brown sugar, polenta, cinnamon and salt then mix and let it rest.

Meanwhile prepare the shortcrust pastry.
Put the flour, sugar, butter, water, salt in the bowl then set 2 minutes on epi.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, then wrap them and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spread the 2 balls into disks then place the first disk in the bottom of a pan then prick it with a fork.
Arrange the apple mixture on the pie then cover with the second pastry and weld the two doughs together with your fingers.
Prick the center of the pie with a fork.
Preheat the oven 180°C then bake for 40 minutes.
