Apple pie with mascarpone

2 pcs egg 150 ml oil 500 ml milk 150 g granulated sugar 400 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 1 kg cleaned grated apples 100 g granulated sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1 packet vanilla sugar´ breadcrumbs
Filling
500 g Mascarpone 500 ml whipping cream 2 packets vanilla sugar´ 2 packets whipping cream stiffener chocolate rice for decoration

A very simple dessert that any housewife can handle…
1.
Cesto: Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, milk and add flour mixed with powder, cinnamon and soda. Line a baking tray with baking paper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and rub the apples with the sugar and cinnamon.

Pour the unmixed batter over the apples and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Sheet 30×40 cm. Turn the cake over, remove the paper and leave to cool.

Filling: beat stiff whipping cream, vanilla sugar and stiffener. Slowly stir in the mascarpone and spread over the cooled cake.
4.
Sprinkle with chocolate rice.
