I think it is suitable for any celebration. I don’t know where it came from as there was also an English name Apple pie. We like it very much and it looks amazing.
1.
First peel the apples cut them into cubes, add sugar, cinnamon and lemon. Let it sit like this for 1 hour.
2.
Meanwhile, prepare the dough: grate the cold butter into the flour and make a little meal, then add water and knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 45 minutes.
3.
Then take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into two parts.Press one dough into the mould and prick with a fork.
4.
Train the juice from the apples and add the butter to the apples and boil to make caramel.Put the apples on top of the dough and pour the caramel over the apples.
5.
From the second dough, roll out the logs and place them on the cake to make a lattice. Then beat an egg and brush it over the lattice. Put in the oven at 170’C for about 1 hour.
6.
Good taste!
