Apple pie with custard

ingredients

500 g puff pastry 1 kg apples 1 packet cinnamon sugar 1 litre milk 6 tbsp granulated sugar 3 packets custard powder cream 1 packet round biscuits to taste plain flour to sprinkle on the board, icing sugar to sprinkle

Delicious apple, puff pastry sponge cake.

Split the puff pastry in half. Roll one out on a board and place on a greased baking sheet.

Place round biscuits on the pastry (large packet needed)

Grate the apples, mix with cinnamon sugar. Layer on top of biscuits

Make a thick pudding from milk, sugar, custard powder and let it cool. Once cooled, put it on the apples.

Roll out the other part of the puff pastry and carefully transfer to a baking sheet, on top of the custard.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200deg. and bake for about 30 minutes.

Slice into pieces.Sprinkle with icing sugar.
