Apple pie with curd and plums

Sweet apple pie with flavoured curd and plums, topped with beaten eggs in milk.

Ingredients:

250 g of chopped plums 100 ml of milk 2 pcs eggplant fat and breadcrumbs for the mold For the eggs: 200 g of the yolks 80 g granulated sugar 40 g butter 1000 ml milk pinch of salt For the curd stuffing: 250 g of curd 50 g of caster sugar 1 pc

td>vanilla sugar 1 pk oats a pinch of lemon zest

Procedure:

1. 1. Mix the cottage cheese with beaten egg, caster sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest
3. Spread half of the cooked eggs on the bottom of a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking dish and pour half of the beaten eggs in the milk
4. Then spread the flavored cottage cheese on top of the eggs, spread the drained plums, cover everything with the remaining eggs and pour the remaining eggs with milk
5. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
