Apple pie, the American apple pie

The famous Apple Pie is the American way of making apple pie, with a light and crispy shortcrust pastry. If you have apples lying around in your kitchen, or your kids don’t like to eat apples as is this recipe is just what you need.
Ingredients for 8 servings:
7 SP – Green / 7 SP – Blue / 5 SP – Purple 1 shortcrust pastry 4 apples juice of one lemon 50 g stevia 40 g flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 egg yolk 20 g low-fat butter 1 tablespoon skim milk 1 packet vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Start the preparation of this Apple pie by preparing the apples, Peel the apples, then cut them into pieces. Then sprinkle them with lemon juice and mix.
Add the stevia and vanilla sugar, flour cinnamon, nutmeg then mix well.
Divide the shortcrust pastry in two, roll out the first shortcrust pastry then line the bottom of the pan and line it, then prick the bottom with a fork.
Pour the apple mixture over the dough, then sprinkle with butter cut into small pieces.
Then roll out the second shortcrust pastry, and cut out strips. Braid the strips of dough and put it on top of the apples. Seal the edges of the pastry with a fork.
Beat the egg yolk and spoon of milk and brush with the surface of the pie.
Bake for 35-40 at 180°, let your Apple pie cool before serving.
