Simple mug cake, very tender and delicious at the same time. This recipe comes from my grandmother’s old cookbook from the interwar period. I don’t remember my grandmother much, but I’m grateful to her for this gem that I inherited. The recipes are so very good, simple and inexpensive. Adapted to the conditions of the time. They are also recipes for the urban environment, where there was not so much access to food, but also for the rural part of the population, where there are more abundant raw materials, because in the countryside there was farming and there were more agricultural crops.
