This apple pie accompanied me all my childhood, my grandmother baked it for me and my sisters very often and we never overate.I once asked my grandmother for the recipe, since she gave everything by eye, she dictated it to me, at least approximately. Now we only think of my grandmother when baking it. The apple pie is suitable for family gatherings, when the whole family gathers around it in good spirits.

From flour,Hera, baking powder, icing sugar, one whole egg and one egg yolk make a dough. If necessary, you can add one more egg yolk.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the first part to the size of a baking tray and carefully place it on a greased and floured baking tray or lined with baking paper.

Mix the grated apples with the vanilla pudding and vanilla sugar. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle the apple mixture with the ground nuts.

Roll out the second part of the dough and cover it with the apple mixture.

Tap the top with a fork and bake. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the top dough is golden.

After cooling, sprinkle with icing sugar.
