Apple (pear) whipped cream cake with crumble recipe

Portion size: n/a Dough: 250 ml of cream 6 tbsp oil 5 eggs, sized 4 – 200 g of sugar semolina, according to the sweetness of the apples (pears) , approx. 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavouring 300 g of semi-coarse meal 1 pc. 100 g softened butter 120 g semolina sugar 1 pk. 1 g semi-coarse flour as required, approx: 1 kg apples or pears, peeled and pitted, approx. quantity of lemon juice raisins to taste chopped nuts grated coconut ground cinnamon

Procedure

1 Clean the apples (pears), cut them into cubes and sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. 2 Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy, add the whipped cream, flavourings, lemon zest and oil and stir. Add the flour and baking powder, mix well and finally add the stiff egg white mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly. 3 Sprinkle the dough with diced apples (pears), you can also add raisins, nuts, almonds, coconut, cinnamon… 4 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until golden brown, check with a skewer.
