These pancakes are made with classic pancake batter with the addition of a little crumbled yeast. They are filled with grated apples with cinnamon. The apples give the pancakes a fresh and unmistakable taste. Add a little cinnamon, which always goes with apples, and a quick dinner is on the table. Bon appetit! 1. Mix all the ingredients – milk, crumbled yeast, eggs, flour and salt and beat with a whisk to a smooth batter, let it stand for about 5 minutes. 2. In a frying pan greased with olive oil, make pancakes with the batter. Meanwhile, prepare the apple filling. Grate the apples and season with cinnamon sugar and fill the finished pancakes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
