Apple pancakes with jam

1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 1 tbsp butter 6 pcs apple 500 ml milk 250 g plain flour 2 pcs egg pinches salt oil for frying jam

procedure

Prepare the ingredients we will need.

Wash and peel the larger apples. Remove the cores. Grate the apples on a coarse grater. By hand or on an electric grater.

Place the sugar, vanillin sugar and butter in a bowl. Pour in a little milk and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Pour the melted butter with the sugar and milk into a larger bowl.

Break the eggs. And add to the bowl with the rest of the milk. Stir.

Add salt and flour and mix well with a whisk.

Mix until smooth.

Add apples and mix.

Heat a dollop pan, or a regular pan that has been wiped with oil, and spoon batter into the pan.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Place the cooked pancakes in the pan in a mound.

Smear the pancakes with jam and serve.

12.

Yoghurt, cream or whipped cream, cottage cheese or sprinkle with cinnamon can also be put on the pancakes.

Or sprinkle with chocolate, granola or nuts.
