5 kg cleaned apples 150 ml water 3 packets Golden cob

A treat that children love!
1.
Boil the cleaned apples in water first, then drain them (catch the water) and blend them with a stick blender.

Add the golden cobs to the strained water (not hot) and stir to ensure there are no lumps. Return to the plate and allow to come to a boil.
3.
Add the mashed apples to the water with the golden cobs. Stir, set aside and fill into prepared bottles. I don’t add sugar as we have sweet homemade apples.
4.
Close the bottles and sterilize for 20 minutes at 80°C.
