Apple no-bake cake

1 kg cleaned apples 1 packet cinnamon sugar 1 tbsp granulated sugar 2 packets Golden cob 250 ml cold water round biscuits dark chocolate icing

Children’s biscuits hidden in fragrant apple cream.

Coarsely grate the apples, add cinnamon and granulated sugar. If using more acidic apples, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.

Mix the apples, pour a little water over them and cook until a puree is formed.

Mix the golden cobs in the water and pour into the apple puree. Cook until thickened.

Pile the biscuits in the bottom of the cake tin and pour a layer of the prepared custard over the biscuits. Align and repeat layering. Place the layered cake in the refrigerator for an hour after cooling.
5.
Decorate the top with chocolate icing.
