Apple Moelleux with Cookeo recipe

Here’s our method for making a delicious apple cobbler in the Cookeo, a fairly easy dessert that doesn’t take much time to prepare. The recipe is for 4 people, and the ingredients are easy to find.

Ingredients:

200 g flour 200 g sugar 1 sachet vanilla sugar 3 eggs 70 g fresh cream 1 sachet yeast 2 apples 400 ml water for baking

Preparation:

Mix the egg yolks, sugar and cream in a large bowl, then add the flour, yeast.

Peel the apples and dice them, then mix them with the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the batter gently with a spatula. Then pour the mixture into a mold.

Put the water in the pan and bake in rapid pressure cooking mode for 50 minutes. Let the Cookeo apple moelleux cool before eating.
