Ingredients:
300 g apples 100 g sugar 60 g lemon juice 800 g water
Preparation in Thermomix:
Put the water and sugar in the thermomix bowl, then set it to 100° for 10 minutes on speed 2.
During this time peel the apples of cut them into pieces.
Add the lemon juice and apple pieces then set 1 minute 30 seconds from speed 2 to speed 10.
Pour the apple juice into glass bottles then let cool and reserve in the fridge until ready to serve.
You can keep your apple juice in the fridge for about a week.
