Apple dumplings
ingredients
4 dl water 40 g margarine 300 g coarse flour a little salt 2 pcs egg 3/4 kg apple 80 g butter 80 g nuts 100 g powdered sugar

1. Add the flour to the boiling water to which we have added the salt and margarine and let it evaporate into a thick batter, stirring. 2. Stir the two eggs into the cooled progress. Roll out the dough on a floured board and cut into squares. 3. Wrap a quarter of a peeled apple in each. Boil in salted water, remove, mash and sprinkle with ground nuts and sugar.
