Apple dumplings with nuts

500 g apples 50 g ground walnuts 1 tbsp grated lemon peel 250 g coarse flour 1 pk egg 2 pk plums 100 g powdered sugar 50 g butter 2 tbsp breadcrumbs For sprinkling 100 g butter 4 tbsp fine granulated sugar 1 cup breadcrumbs

Sweet lunch. 1. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. 2. Mix all the prepared ingredients into the dough (you can take 3PL of sliced apples for topping). 3. Make balls of dough, about 3 cm in diameter. 4. Put the balls in a pot of boiling salted water ( water height about 6cm) for about 15 minutes. Insert one at a time. 5. Then take them out with a hole punch 6. Make a crumb topping in the pot with the butter, sugar and breadcrumbs. 7. Toss with the cooked apple balls. 8. Make a topping (glaze) with raspberry jam, raspberry syrup, sugar and 3PL sliced apples. Pour this over the dumplings on the plate or decorate the plate. Bon appetit.
