Apple filling
5 pcs grated apples 500 ml apple juice 1 packet Golden cob 40 g Dr.Oetker 1 pk whole cinnamon
Cream cheese
400 ml soft cottage cheese 2 packets vanillin sugar 250 ml whipped cream
Finishing

Easy to prepare delicious result is apple time so be sure to try this dessert that will delight. The fantastic taste of apples complemented by coconut milk and biscuits.

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy progressively add oil, coconut milk. Mix flour with baking powder lightly with a fork and stir into batter. Line a 25x35cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter evenly. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Raw ingredients for the filling, custard cream. Peel the apples, grate on a grater add sugar (does not have to be). Pour 200ml of juice over the grated apples and simmer for 4-5 minutes. In the rest, stir the Golden Cob, add to the stewed apples cook a thick filling, let it cool a little.
