Blend the egg yolks with the sugar, add the oil, water, flour mixed with baking powder and finally lightly fold in the egg whites.

Bake the cake on a 30×40 cm baking tray 30 minutes at 200°C. Brush the baked cake with Nutella.

Slice cleaned apples and simmer with sugar until soft. Put them back on the stove and add the golden cobs mixed in water. Layer the cooled ones on the shell.

Whip the cream and thickener and slowly fold in the mascarpone and vanilla. Spread this mixture over the set apples and garnish with cinnamon.
