Apple – cinnamon cake

ingredients

3 cups semi-coarse flour 2 cups milk 1/2 cup oil 1 cup granulated sugar 1 pk Baking powder Dr.Oetker 2 pk vanilla sugar 50 g dried raisins 4 tsp ground cinnamon 4 pk large sweeter apples pk chocolate icing for decoration pk almond biscuits for decoration

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients first,

Add the milk and oil and the cleaned and diced apples.

Stir lightly and pour onto a greased baking sheet.

Let the baked cake cool and drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with almond flakes.
