Pasted apple pieces together with sugar, mixed with roasted flakes or chopped nuts and grated biscuits, shaped into cookies, decorated with chocolate icing and nuts or flakes.

Procedure:
1. Cut the peeled and cored apples into pieces, add sugar and cook, stirring constantly, to make a thicker porridge
2. Remove the porridge from the stove and stir in chopped nuts or roasted flakes and grated biscuits
3. Form into balls, press them with your fingers into cookies and let them cool
4. Pour chocolate icing over the cookies and sprinkle with grated nuts or roasted flakes.
