Ingredients for 8 parts:
2 apples 150 g flour 3 eggs 100 g vanilla yogurt 0% 100 ml skim milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons sweetener
Preparation:
Peel and core the apples then cut them into small pieces.
Beat the eggs with the sweetener then add the yogurt and milk and mix.
Add the flour and yeast then mix well.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin then arrange the pieces.
Then bake for 40 minutes at 180°.
