Apple bun with whole apples

400 g sandwich 3/4 kg apple 1 pinch salt 80 g butter (melted) 4 pcs egg 120 g powdered sugar 4 dl milk a little lemon zest a little cinnamon ground

1.

Mix the butter with the egg yolks, sugar, grated lemon zest and salt.

Moisten the sandwich with milk

Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks.

Add the snow and moistened sandwich lightly to the previously prepared butter mixture.

Place half of the mixture on a greased baking sheet, place the sliced and cleaned apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with melted butter.

Place the other half of the sandwich on top and drizzle with butter.

7.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

8.

Bake the sandwich until golden brown. Sprinkle the already baked bun with sugar. Enjoy!
