200 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 100 ml vegetable oil 100 ml lukewarm water 150 g powdered sugar 4 pcs eggs 1 packet Large round biscuits 1 cup currant jam
Filling:
1.5kg grated apples 500ml cold water 2 packets Golden cob + 3PL sugar + 1KL cinnamon whipped cream for decoration

I’ve already baked a Bomba apple pie, now I’ve perfected it with biscuits and spicy jam.

Clean the apples, which we later coarsely grate.

Place the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and beat these until frothy.

Gradually add oil, water, flour with baking powder. Knead the biscuit dough. Prepare a baking tray, put baking paper on it.

Pour the dough on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 min.180deg.C.

Remove the baked cake from the paper, spread it with currant jam of your own making.

Then place the biscuits, large round ones .

From grated apples with the help of Golden Cob +3Pl sugar and 1KL cinnamon, cook the filling. Once cooked, the filling will thicken.

Place this filling on top of the cake

Refrigerate the whole cake. Then slice.

Decorate with whipped cream.Have a good taste.
