1 pk apple 1 pk banana ( frozen is best ) 1 pk orange 2 tsp chia seed packets water to top up

Don’t peel the apple just chop it, slice the banana, juice the orange
2.
I put everything in a blender, who has one, and add some water.
3.
Mix for about 2 minutes until smooth. I let it sit for a while to let the chia seeds swell up a bit. It’s a healthy and good smoothie.
