2 pcs eggs 100 g sugar 100 g butter 350 g semi-coarse flour 1,5 teaspoon baking powder 2 pcs apples 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar pinch of salt powdered sugar for sprinkling

These apple balls are suitable for any occasion, e.g. For any occasion, for coffee or tea, as a snack for children or adults, or as a snack with cocoa.

Beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the room temperature butter and continue beating.

Mix the flour, pinch of salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Then slowly add to the egg mixture.

Clean the apples, cut into smaller cubes, add to the mixture and stir with a spoon.

Using a spoon, scoop out the balls (you can still work them between your hands) and place on a baking tray with baking paper.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
