A dessert made of apples, flour, butter, sugar, eggs, cream and cinnamon.

Procedure:
1. Peel the apples, grate half on a grater and cut the other half into small cubes
2. Separate the yolks from the whites, put the yolks, cream, sugar, cinnamon, grated apples and flour with baking powder in one bowl, mix a smooth dough and add the diced apples
3. In the second bowl, whisk the egg whites into stiff snow and carefully fold into the batter
4. Grease the tin or baking dish with butter and bake in the oven at 190 °C for about 45 minutes
