Apple and yogurt cake

We present you the recipe to make a good Apple and Yogurt Cake, a good cake to prepare easily and quickly in a few minutes. This cake is quite light and not too sweet, it is ideal if you are on a diet.

Ingredients for 6 parts:

3 apples 1 tablespoon brown sugar 120 yogurt 0% 120 g cottage cheese 0% A little butter for the mold 80 g sweetener 200 g flour 1 packet of yeast 3 eggs Icing sugar for decoration

Preparation:

Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into quarters, then put them to cook in a pan for 10 minutes with the brown sugar and a tablespoon of water.

Combine the sweetener, eggs, cottage cheese, flour, yogurt, and yeast in a bowl until evenly mixed.

Butter a 20 cm cake pan, then pour the mixture into it, then arrange the caramelized apple pieces on top.

Bake the apple and yogurt cake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.Unmold the cake, let it cool, then sprinkle the powdered sugar.
