Apple and walnut dessert with whipped cream

ingredients

300 g semi-coarse flour 100 g powdered sugar 100 g butter 1 pk baking powder 4 pk egg yolk a little milk

Filling:

1 kg apples (peeled and grated) 4 pcs egg white 130 g granulated sugar 130 g ground nuts

For rubbing:

5 dl whipping cream 2 pcs whipping cream stiffener 2 pcs vanillin sugar

Make the flour, sugar, egg yolks, butter, baking powder and milk into a smooth dough which you roll out on a floured board and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the apples evenly over the dough.

Beat the egg whites and granulated sugar into stiff snow, then add the ground nuts. Spread the snow mixture over the apples. Put the prepared cake in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Let cool.

Then spread the whipped cream with the thickeners and vanillin sugar on the cake.

Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
