Apple and mascarpone cake
This recipe for Apple Mascarpone Cake is a kind of pie with a little easy and greedy pastry, a cake that will please the whole family. Very quick to make this cake is ready in less than an hour, so you can indulge and enjoy yourself without too much effort.
Ingredients for 8 parts:
150 g flour 100 g mascarpone 150 g cottage cheese 3 apples 3 eggs 50 g sweetener 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 packet baking powder 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Start the preparation of this apple mascarpone cake by preheating the oven to 180. Then beat the eggs with the sweetener and vanilla sugar until the mixture whitens, then add the cottage cheese and mascarpone.
Add the lemon juice and mix well, then add the flour and sifted yeast and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
Put some parchment paper in a 30 cm springform pan, if you wish sprinkle it with a little sugar.Pour the batter into the pan and even out the surface.
Peel the apples and cut them into strips and arrange on the surface of the batter, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool before unmolding, then serve the apple mascarpone cake at snack time ideally.
