Apple and cinnamon clafoutis

If you are looking for a gourmet and light dessert at the same time this apple cinnamon clafoutis is what you need.

Ingredients for 6 parts:

3 apples 150 g flour 2 tablespoons stevia 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 3 eggs 200 ml skim milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:

Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and then cut them into small pieces.

In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, add the flour, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon then mix well.
Incorporate the apple pieces then mix gently.
Pour the preparation into a mold previously covered with parchment paper then bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the apple and cinnamon clafoutis from the oven, let cool then enjoy.
