Apple and beetroot salad with yoghurt dressing

1 pcs broccoli 2 pcs apple 1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp honey to taste salt,ground black pepper,parsley

1. Break the broccoli into florets and boil in lightly salted water until crisp. It should take about 5 minutes. Then let it cool and cut it into smaller pieces. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut them into smaller pieces. 2. In a bowl, mix the cream, lemon juice and honey. Season the vinaigrette with salt, pepper and parsley. 3. Toss the broccoli with the apple and dressing and serve immediately.
