Apple and apple-poppy seed strudel

500 g puff pastry 10 pcs apple 4 pcs sugar 2 packets cinnamon sugar 2 pcs raisins 2 pcs breadcrumbs 3 pcs ground poppy seeds 1 pcs egg for spreading

Divide the puff pastry into two parts, roll out, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mark the centre where the filling will go and cut the edges diagonally.

Clean and grate the apples, sweeten with granulated and cinnamon sugar, add the raisins. Divide the apple filling in half, layer the first half in the centre of the pastry, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Join the first two strips and press together

Place the remaining strips over the filling, once on one side and once on the other, pressing the last two strips after folding them over as well
5.
Add the poppy seeds to the second half of the filling and repeat the progress as for the first half, brush with beaten egg and bake
6.
After cooling, sugar and cut
