Andalusian Tomato Salad with Peppers

Recipe from Spain for vegetable salad served with vinegar dressing.

Ingredients:

300 g of tomatoes 300 g salt For the dressing: 1 piece of egg 6 tbsp oil 2 tbsp vinegar piece of cucumber piece of apple

Procedure:

1. Place the cleaned peppers in a small amount of boiling salted water, boil them for 5 minutes and cut them into noodles when cool
2. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a moment, peel and cut into thin slices
3. Prepare the dressing:
1. Dissolve the salt in the vinegar, add the ground pepper and stir in the oil
2. Then add finely chopped herbs, onion, apple, egg and finely grated cucumber.
