Anchovy salad

ingredients

2 pcs lettuce to taste vinegar to taste oil 4 pcs egg 6 pcs anchovies to taste salt

procedure

1. Wash the lettuce well (take out the hearts), cut into slices, salt and pour vinegar and oil over it. 2. Hard-boil the eggs. 3. Place the chopped lettuce in the bottom of the bowl, place the sliced anchovies on top of the lettuce, and the quartered eggs. 4. Pour vinegar and oil over the anchovies. Serve cold.
