Anchovy omelettes

6 pcs egg 1 tbsp butter 1 pcs onion 2 tbsp milk 2 pcs anchovy 1 pcs tomato to taste chopped parsley, salt

1. In a bowl, whisk the egg, add chopped anchovies, parsley, butter, chopped onion, milk. Season with salt and mix well. 2. Grease a frying pan with butter, heat it up and bake the omelettes. Transfer them to a plate and serve with tomatoes and bread.
